Production Bright Annealing Services

At Precision Heat Treating Corporation, our Production Bright Annealing utilizes controlled atmosphere through the entire process to eliminate oxidation of the steel surface. Parts annealed in this manner are ready for subsequent plating, painting, etc. with minimal or no surface preparation. This process works for higher volume, low carbon / low alloy steels and parts that will subsequently be crimped, bent, formed, etc. Final hardness can be ensured through control of temperature, soak time and cooling.
